Commercial Systems International

Commercial Systems International (CSI) is a glazing and cladding systems company with a reputation for innovative design. The Hull-based firm is vastly experienced in major projects, both in Hull, across the UK and in Europe, with over 20 years in the industry. Today, CSI is focusing on a project that will provide a huge impact to its home city, as it works alongside Hull Esteem Consortium on the new Archbishop Sentamu Academy - one of two schools in the first phase of Hull's Building Schools for the Future programme.

Stuart Green, at Commercial Systems International, said: "We are involved in the manufacturing and installation of the full glazed façade of the Archbishop Sentamu Academy project in East Hull. CSI were contacted by Morgan Sindall at the beginning of the tender stage to assist in the technical design and development of their bid, with a view to providing a competitive price for the glazing works.

"This project has contributed significantly to this year's turnover and developed our relationship with Morgan Sindall and the Hull BSF programme. The potential of future work in Hull and with Morgan Sindall is a significant benefit to CSI, and being involved with Hull Esteem Consortium also allows us to showcase our work and abilities.

"Considering the unemployment level in Hull, and the uncertain financial status of companies that are struggling to win work in the region, it is vital that the Hull Esteem Consortium continue their drive to employ true Hull-based companies.

"We feel that the Hull Building Schools for the Future programme, and in particular the quality of the build and the dynamics of the designs, will give the local residents and the population of Hull pride in their community and in the city as a whole.

"It is important that the children of Hull are proud of their environment and they are given the facilities to develop their skills."
