Hull-based Prestige Support Limited specialise in safety management services in the security industry. The company is currently an active part of the supply chain for Hull Esteem Consortium's deliverance of the Hull Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, working on the Oakfield, Kingswood and Winifred Holtby & Tweendykes sites.
Justine Peacock, director of Prestige Support Limited, said: "The Hull BSF programme is fantastic news for Hull, benefitting everyone from the children and staff who will use the schools on a day-to-day basis to the business community of the city that will construct the schools.
"We provide on-site static security and customer service to Oakfield, Kingswood and Winifred Holtby & Tweendykes, which covers everything from traffic management on site to monitoring any unauthorised access using a hand recognition system that controls access to certain parts of the site.
"Prestige Support Limited has worked with Sewell Group in the past and we saw it as a natural progression to join the supply chain for Hull Esteem Consortium. We attended the Esteem meetings and, from there, we came to where we are today, working with Morgan Sindall on their sites.
"We are a Hull company and all of our employees are from Hull, which gives us an extra motivation and reasoning to be involved in this programme. Our employees all have either children or grandchildren who attend the schools in question, so to work on a programme that will give Hull some of the best schools in the country is a fantastic opportunity.
